1. Agreement Overview

By registering for a BareProp trading challenge or funded account, you ("Trader", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

This agreement is between you and BareProp Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, and governs your participation in our proprietary trading program.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Must not reside in a restricted jurisdiction (see Section 3)
• Must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

Our services are not available to residents of the following jurisdictions:

• United States and its territories
• Countries subject to international sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia)
• Any jurisdiction where our services would be illegal or restricted

4. Account Registration & Verification

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before first payout
• Provide government-issued identification and proof of address when requested
• Not create multiple accounts or use false identities
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

5. Trading Rules & Violations

You must comply with all trading rules outlined on our Trading Rules page. Violations include but are not limited to:

• Exceeding daily loss limits or maximum drawdown
• Copy trading or account management for third parties
• Tick scalping, high-frequency trading, or arbitrage strategies
• Exploiting platform errors or technical glitches
• Using multiple accounts to hedge positions
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate trading results

Consequence: Any violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Challenge Fees & Refund Policy

Challenge registration fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on our platform preventing you from trading
• Error in fee processing resulting in duplicate charges
• Service cancellation by the Company

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with supporting documentation.

7. Payouts & Profit Distribution

Payout Schedule:

• Two-Phase: First payout after 14 trading days, then bi-weekly
• Instant Funding: First payout after 10 trading days, then bi-weekly

Profit Split:

• Two-Phase: 80-90% Trader / 10-20% Company (based on account size)
• Instant Funding: 50% Trader / 50% Company

All payouts are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. We reserve the right to delay or deny payouts if suspicious activity is detected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website and trading platform are owned by BareProp Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BareProp Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Trading losses incurred during challenges or funded accounts
• Technical issues, platform downtime, or connectivity problems
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for your challenge.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Violation of trading rules
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our business

Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your account and any pending payouts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration under BVI law if mediation fails

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in BVI courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
