Internal Program

Trader Development Program

BareProp identifies and develops talented traders through a structured internal evaluation process. This is not a public investment program.

Important: The BareProp Trader Development Program is an internal employment and evaluation structure. It is not a public investment scheme, fund, or financial product. No public deposits are accepted.

Program Overview

BareProp believes that trading talent exists across the globe, often constrained by a lack of capital rather than a lack of skill. Our Trader Development Program is designed to identify, educate, and evaluate traders who demonstrate the discipline and risk awareness required to trade company capital.

The program is structured as an internal pipeline — not a public offering. Participants are evaluated through a rigorous process that assesses not just profitability, but consistency, risk management, and psychological discipline.

Traders who successfully complete the evaluation process may be offered the opportunity to trade a portion of BareProp's capital, operating within the firm's defined risk parameters and under ongoing performance monitoring.

The Four-Stage Process

Each stage is designed to assess a different dimension of trading competence — from knowledge to execution to psychological resilience.

01
Training & Education

Candidates begin with structured education covering market fundamentals, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management principles, and BareProp's internal trading methodology. This stage ensures all participants operate from a consistent knowledge base.

02
Demo Trading Evaluation

Traders are evaluated through simulated trading on demo accounts under real market conditions. This stage assesses the practical application of skills — entry and exit discipline, position sizing, and the ability to execute a strategy consistently over time.

Demo trading is conducted on the same platforms and instruments used in live trading, ensuring the evaluation environment closely mirrors real-world conditions.

03
Risk Management Assessment

Performance data from the demo evaluation is reviewed against BareProp's risk benchmarks. This assessment goes beyond raw profitability — it examines drawdown behaviour, position sizing consistency, adherence to risk limits, and the trader's response to adverse market conditions.

04
Capital Allocation

Traders who successfully complete all three prior stages may be offered an allocation of BareProp company capital. Allocations are sized according to the trader's demonstrated risk profile and are subject to ongoing performance monitoring and periodic review.

Capital allocations may be increased over time for traders who consistently meet performance and risk benchmarks. All trading activity remains subject to the firm's risk management framework.

Consistency

Steady, repeatable performance over time. We value consistent execution over occasional large wins.

Profitability

Demonstrated ability to generate positive returns on a risk-adjusted basis over a meaningful evaluation period.

Professionalism
